- How to easily identify patients to contact that need to book in for an appointment to receive their results.
- How to see a list of future patient appointments that need to be rescheduled due to the Practitioner being away or the practice closed.

What happens if I cannot attend the live webinar?
Not to worry! You can register for one of our other scheduled webinar dates, or sign up to our self-paced Cubiko for Receptionist course on the Cubiko Learning Hub.
Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?
Yes! Everyone who attends our live training webinars will be emailed a Certificate of Completion. You can use this certificate for accreditation purposes. Simply print or download it to add to your Training Register.
